What is Swale CCG

NHS Swale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a group of GPs and other healthcare professionals, responsible for commissioning healthcare services across the Swale region.

As a group, we represent 19 GP Practices, over 65 GPs and 106,000 residents, which is why we are keen to involve you in the decisions we make. By working together, we can design and provide better services for everyone.

Swale GPs care passionately about their patients and the health services provided in Swale. They are also best placed to know what services are needed locally and to work with patients in managing their own health.

This is why NHS Swale CCG, the new NHS local commissioning organisation which brings together local GPs, nurses and healthcare professionals has been set up.

Covering Sheppey, Sittingbourne, Teynham and the surrounding rural communities, Swale CCG is committed to identifying and providing the best possible health services within its budget.
