Helping you access health information

We want to help you access information in a way that meets your needs. To do this, we try to make sure everything we write is in plain English.

However, we realise that some people may not be able to read, or may not read or speak English. Some people may need us to communicate with them in a different way such as braille, large print or easy read documents, audio or video with subtitles, or in a different language, maybe by using a translator.

We will consider any request for information in a different format and encourage you to contact us by phoning 03000 425 100 or emailing

Visit the Contact Us page for other ways to get in touch.
